One can go for a 3 year degree after graduation or a 5 year/6 year integrated degree course after 12th in Law. After graduation one can pursue 1 year/ 2 year LL.M. degree or any Post Graduate Diploma Program in any specialized field of Law. Further one can pursue M.Phil or Ph.D. in Law. CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) is known as the mother exam for entry in National Law Universities in India after 12th. Only one among all, National Law University-Delhi takes its own exam by the name of AILET (All India Law Entrance Test).
